05 Interaction with communities

To quantitatively assess interaction with our communities NFDI4Culture has operationalised a fine-grained quality management and monitoring system in line with the roles and forms of participation agreed upon among all NFDI consortia in the NFDI White Paper: Interim Report Reference (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7688729). We have classified Task Area Aims, Measures, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Value Propositions (KVPs) accordingly. Each of the 192 items is measured on a scale between 0 and 100% (with a projected average of 20% increase per item per annum). The following Matrix Plot depicts a weighted distribution of interactions measured by progress of KPIs, KVPs, AIMs, and MEASUREs in relation to communities/actors.
